By using the FreshDews Bouquets website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase. “We”, “our” and “us” refer to FreshDews Bouquets. “You” and “your” refer to the customer placing the order.
1. Use of Website
- You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide (name, address, phone, email, message on cake etc.) are correct and complete.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.
- Product photos are for reference. Actual products may have slight variations in colour, design, wrapping or decoration depending on availability and seasonal conditions.
- We reserve the right to change prices, offers and product availability without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
- An order is considered confirmed once full payment is received and we have accepted the order.
- In rare cases, if we are unable to process your order due to product unavailability or delivery limitations, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a refund.
- You must provide correct delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses/phone numbers.
4. Delivery Policy
- We aim to deliver your order on the selected date and within the selected time range, but specific time guarantees are not always possible due to traffic, weather or other external conditions.
- In case the recipient is not available, we may deliver to a neighbour, security, reception or a nearby person with permission, or attempt a re-delivery where possible.
- Re-delivery, if required due to recipient unavailability or wrong address, may incur additional charges.
5. Substitution Policy
Sometimes, certain flowers, flavours, decorations or accessories may not be available in your area. In such cases we reserve the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall theme and quality of the order.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Requests for cancellation must be shared with us as early as possible through WhatsApp or email.
- Orders already prepared, customised or out for delivery cannot usually be cancelled or refunded.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Bank processing times are outside our control.
7. Quality Issues & Complaints
- If you are unhappy with the product quality or if the order is damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
- After verifying the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or discount voucher, depending on the situation. Our decision in such cases will be final.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to FreshDews Bouquets. You may not copy, modify, reuse or distribute any content without our written permission.
9. Privacy
