1. Which locations do you deliver to?
We currently deliver in Erode city and selected nearby areas. For out-of-city deliveries, please contact our support team and we will confirm if delivery is possible to your pin code.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery on most cakes, flowers and combos within our service areas. Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and cut-off time. For urgent requirements, please call or WhatsApp us before placing your order.
3. What time slots are available for delivery?
Standard deliveries are done during normal working hours. In some areas we can arrange fixed-time or early-morning / late-evening delivery with an additional charge. Share your preferred time while ordering and our team will confirm the available options.
4. Are the cakes freshly baked?
Yes. Our cakes are baked to order by experienced bakers. We do not ship old or pre-frozen cakes. This is why we may need a few hours of preparation time for some designs and custom messages.
5. Can I customise the cake message or design?
Absolutely. You can mention the cake message in the message box during checkout. For photo cakes or special designs, please get in touch with our team β we will share the design options and extra charges if any.
6. What happens if the recipient is not available?
Our delivery partner will try to contact the recipient and you on the given phone numbers. If the address is closed or the person is unavailable, we may deliver to a neighbour / security / reception (with permission) or reschedule the delivery where possible. Additional re-delivery charges may apply.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order ID. You can share this ID with us on WhatsApp or email and our team will update you on the current status of your delivery.
8. What is your cancellation & refund policy?
Orders that are already prepared or out for delivery usually cannot be cancelled. For more details please refer to our Terms & Conditions page or contact us directly and weβll check what best can be done for your case.
9. Will the delivered product look exactly like the picture?
We try our best to match the design illustrated on the website. However, small variations in colour, decoration, wrapping or accessories may occur due to availability of materials or seasonal flowers. We always maintain the same quality and overall style.
